Merci for your excitement — we’re so happy you’re here! Our pre-order pieces are lovingly made and available in limited quantities. This page is here to make sure you feel confident and informed before placing your order.

✨ What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a Bébé Bliss piece before it’s officially in stock. This means:

  • Your item is not ready to ship immediately.
  • You are securing your size and style ahead of time.
  • It will ship as soon as it arrives at our atelier (within the estimated timeframe noted on the product page).

📦 Estimated Shipping Dates

Each pre-order item will include an estimated dispatch date in the product description (e.g., Shipping end of April). Please note:

  • These dates are our best estimates, and small delays may occur — but we promise to keep you updated if anything changes.
  • Orders that include both pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together when the pre-order arrives. If you would prefer your in-stock items sooner, we suggest placing a separate order.

💌 Changes or Cancellations

You may update or cancel your pre-order within 48 hours of purchase by emailing us at:

After this window, your order will be in production and cannot be cancelled.

🤍 Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are eligible for store credit or exchange, provided they meet our usual return conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, in original packaging and tags
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.

🌍 International Pre-Orders

International customers, please be mindful of customs and duties that may apply. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing. Delivery times will also vary by country.
